Hi Everyone!

For Christmas, I want to make a box of gourmet cake balls to give to our friends & family. I was thinking maybe 6 to a box, each a different flavor and I was looking for creative combinations. Does anyone have any ideas for me? This is what I have so far:

* Chocolate Cake, Peanutbutter buttercream with an almond bark coating, & a 1/2 of a peanut on top
* Red Velvet cake with peppermint buttercream and white chocolate outside & crunched candy canes on top (do you think red velvet & peppermint are ok together?)
* Pumpkin Spice cake with an almond bark coating & orange stripes across the top
* Mocha cake, chocolate buttercream with almond bark coating & a coffee bean on top

What else?? Any yummy combinations? Any help is appreciated it!

Check the archives. There's a huge (and I do mean HUGE) thread on cake ball flavor combinations. I don't make them, so I didn't keep it.
