Ok, so I know this is kind of a stupid question, but I have saw so many pretty shoes on here, and was wondering if anyone can tell me how to do a shoe. Also, I have saw a couple of patterns, but how do you get the heel?

There is a Fabulous shoe kit at Global Sugar or Pink Box did a 3 part You tube video on how to do it free hand. I did mine free hand, but I want the kit.
