I have a Buz Lightyear cake coming up next month. Does anyone want have any ideas?

I've only taken the Wilton Fondant class and haven't made a cake since then but think (hope - fingers crossed) I could handle this.

I did one for my son's birthday a few months back. Had very little time to put it together, so couldn't do the very detailed one I had in mind. Instead, made big blocks of color on the cake as a backdrop for the characters, and then just made fragments of the characters faces instead of the entire characters themselves. Look in my pics (just a few cakes back, haven't done too many cakes lately!) if you want to see what I mean.

emiyeric, u are so right if u look at my photos the white cake with the black and red flowers was not planed and i think it came out ok the pillow cake that i made for my daugter was and i dont think it came out so great. go figure i did have a lot of fun making it cuz it was for my daughter
