I placed an order with the Book Depository. The item was dispatched on November 2nd. I saw on their website that items takes 7-14 days to reach the customer - I have not received my cake decorating book thus far - I am from the Caribbean. Has anyone ever purchase anything from the Book Depository. How long does it take to arrive?

I have ordered 2 books from the book Depository in England, and both were heavy and expensive, and it took about 3 weeks to get to me here in Australia, has there been any holidays over there ? thats about all I can think of.
I would contact them by all means.

I ordered two books and they were sent separately, one took 2 weeks and the other almost 4 weeks. They are great if you email them, they respond quickly.

I've ordered from them and it's taken up to 3 weeks here in the US to receive the books.

I order all the time from them. I LOVE them! I wouldn't even like to count the number of books I've bought. Some arrive quickly, others a bit longer but they always arrive.
