I need to make Christmas Ornament cupcakes that will be served on Christmas Eve and Christmas. How far in advance do you think I can make them? They are like the one's in my photos so they are iced in buttercream and then covered in fondant. The fondant completely covers the buttercream and the top edge of the cupcake liner so everything is completely covered. If I complete them on Wednesday night and the customer picks them up Thursday morning do you think they will be ok for Friday & Saturday? The customer lives out of town and with it being Christmas Eve the only time she could get them at the latest would be Thursday.

I know a fondant cake would last a few days just wondering if anyone has any experience with fondant covered cupcakes and how long they could last.
