I have been asked to make a birthday cake for my Uncle who is 82 and my Aunt who is 80 (brother and sister). It will be a diabetic chocolate cake and I will be taking it to our family Christmas gathering. I have no idea what design to do. They will be expecting something fairly different from just a round or square cake. PLEASE HELP WITH DESIGN IDEAS.

Since it is Christmas, why don't you do something festive - like a Christmas tree/family tree, esp if it's for a family gathering....The ornaments could be the family names (with them at the top, of course). You could have presents at the bottom (with their names on them) , to signify their b-days.
