Can anyone help me with this please????
Fondant presents - Chrstmas?
have you got a picture of what you mean? could be talking about simple modelling, or a three tiered extravaganza!
yes, christmas packages. Little ones to go on cupcakes.
you could try making square cake pops and dipping them in candy melts and use a fondant "ribbon" , or rkt covered in fondant. also could do solid square of fondant and decorate with fondant or ri.
I personally would do them out of marzipan or modeling chocolate. You can either make your own marzipan or buy it at the grocery store. Marzipan doesnt have to dry and I believe it will go faster for you. See if this website will spark any ideas;
you just shape your fondant into squares, rectangles, whatever, for the actual present.
tricky bit is little bows! have a look at some of the tutorials, and think about how to down size... i take a small strip, and fold it so the ends meet in the middle. and an even smaller strip to fold over this join. then have two strips for the tail of the bow, and place them under the bow.
if you want ribon right round the parcel, its just a long stip of fondant wrapped round it.
think is a good pic and tutorial - a case of simplifying it since i doubt you have the cutter - but you really dont need it.
modelling chocolate would be sooo yummy
