I just discovered the Buttercream Fondant by Duff that our Michaels is carrying this season. A 2 lb. tub is 20.00 and I am wondering if anyone has used it and how you like it. Can you put it on a "just out of the oven" cookie like you can the Marshmallow Fondant we all make? I would love to hear how you all like this stuff. Sure tastes good.

I have used his red buttercream fondant; yes very tasty! I've used it on my red birthday cake (see a pic on my profile) it rolls out nicely. One thing that I noticed, my cakes can't be too cold (right out of fridge/freezer) because the fondant will actually stiffen very quickly and this does not give me anytime to smooth it out on the cake. I would use this fondant again!
