What tips should I follow when covering a cake in fondant in hot and sticky weather?
Just knead it in tons of icing sugar/corn flour and roll it out with quite alot in hand too!
What about if I cover the cake in advance and its ok, and then it changes texture with the weather after a couple of days?
Do I still just do it that way and hope for the best? Also I need to deliver a cake in the middle of summer, and its an hour drive - any tips, I'm worried!
