Advise Needed For Imbc

I am making an IMBC flavored with lemon curd for a cake this weekend. I am wondering if the IMBC should be refrigerated? If yes should I ice the cake and then refrigerate? I normally would not worry, but the lemon curd has me concerned. I need to make the icing 2 days in advance.
