I kept on seeing these posts about Cakeboss on cake decorating sites. I don't have TV so I can't watch them,but I am checking them out on Youtube. Are they any good?

I don't know how much information you will get from YouTube clips. He does explain how he makes the structures for his extreme cakes, and he does show some techniques, so I would at least give them a chance.
