Can you make a drizzle rum sauce with rum extract or do you have to have real Rum alcohol??

Sure, why not? Just start with a little, wait a few minutes for the flavors to meld, taste, and add more if you think it needs it.

Thanks Theresa..I didn't want to have to go buy rum as we don't drink rum..He!He! I like coolers....

Hello, I need help ASAP, I have someone requesting a strawberry or raspberry rum cake. Can someone give me some ideas on how to do this? I wasn't sure if you make some type of simple syrup or would you put the rum or rum extract in the fruit filling.
