i am planning on making a cake for a family member but she is lactose intolerant and allergic to eggs and chocolate (not a vegan or vegetarian but has serious reaction to dairy and chocolate and anything that has more than one egg or egg wash on) . she can cope with any cake that has only one egg and substituteing any dairy for water and such.

Is their any cake recipie that is simple yet free from Dairy Egg and Chocolate

Even though she is not vegan, you will benefit from using a vegan recipe. And you can find vanilla ones also. I would try googling vegan cupcakes or cakes and also check your local library for any vegan baking books, or the local bookstore also.

Some time ago I asked on here for help with recipes for a friend who is lactose intolerant and cant have saturated fats. I just searched for the topic and although some of the recipes I got have cocoa in them some of them are chocolate free. One of the ladies posted a link to a topic asking for egg and dairy free too which should give you some ideas. http://www.cakecentral.com/cake-decorating-ftopict-50271-vegan.html

http://www.veganchef.com/sfcarrot.htm carrot cake that's somehow sugar free too!

Is egg substitute a consideration?
