I'm new here so just a little background....I've baked for years just because I like to. I've just recently started doing it for customers.
Tonight I wanted to try a blue velvet recipe and I don't know what I did wrong because every cupcake looked gorgeous when I took them out of the oven and slowly they all started collapsing! No clue what I did wrong. Suggestions?
I've never had a cake/cupcakes do this
Everytime I've had this happen to me it's because I took them out too early. Just when I think my cupcakes are totally done, I'll leave them in the oven for just one minute more and that usually does the trick without overbaking them.
