I am hoping you can help me, I am self taught and have now jumped from doing cakes for family to cakes for the public and I am wondering how cake/cupcake stand rentals are charged. I am sure it depends on what style they are renting, I get that they will pay a fee for the rental plus a deposit...what should that deposit be? Please help.

the deposit should be the complete cost of replacing it if it is not returned. that is cost of item, shipping and tax.
