So I found a copycat version of costco's vanilla cheesecake mousse filling and its asking for an envelope of dream whip, I live in Puerto Rico and I have not seen this anywhere. Can anyone suggest something? maybe using heavy whipping cream and reducing the liquid called for in the recipe? Im stuck Here are the ingredients:

1/4 cup cold water
1 teaspoon Knox unflavored gelatin
Jell-O Instant French Vanilla Pudding
1 Envelope Dream Whip
1-1/2 cups whipping cream
4 ounce Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
