Whipped Chocolate Ganache Lumpy

What happened? I heated theme whipping cream, poured over chocolate to melt, stirred and then put then bowl in then fridge to cool. I used a handle mixer to whipped but it all of a sudden got really hard and lumpy. I added more cream to thing it out but it still was a little lumpy. What did I do wrong???? icon_sad.gif

I think you made a mistake by putting it in the fridge....Just leave it out on your counter overnight......

Ok thanks. The recipe I used said to cool it in the fridge
