Ok, I'm new to this and I truly apologize if this has been asked several times before. I just purchased the First Impressions baby mold and bead mold and am so looking forward to playing around with them. I've seen it done with fondant, marzipan and gum paste. What is the best method to use for a mold? I don't know anything about marzipan and it's uses. I do know that fondant slightly hardens, gum paste hardens and a 50/50 mix of the 2 hardens but it still slightly pliable. Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated! TIA! icon_biggrin.gif

I have used the baby mold. I have made it with gum paste and also 50/50 fondant/gum paste. They both worked out great. Just fill the mold, put it in the freezer for 10-15 mins., and take it out.
