My daughters are just starting to make candy. They've done the plain/flavored chocolates and would like to try fondant fillings. I bought a bag of CK Dry Fondant for them to experiment with. I'm not sure how much a pound makes but I suspect that it's not a large amount. Can you freeze or store any leftover filling or do you have to use it all after mixing? Thanks, in advance, for any information you can give us candy nubies. icon_smile.gif
