My best friends daughter in law has been trying for two years to get pregnant. She just called and "it is positive". what she wants is a cake that I can bring to her mother in law that says "I love my grandma". Any Ideas would be appreciated. I am completely stumped.

I think the little baby mold would be perfect for the cake. You could add you are going to be a grandmother in x amounts of months. Something along those lines. Put the baby on a green or yellow blanket since they probably don't know the sex yet. I just welcomed my 6th grandchild on Friday. Haven't had time to do a cake (dd probably wouldn't eat it anyway).

I would say a little onesie cake in yellow or green? With "I love my grandma" words on front.

what about a lil oven with and open door and a bun in it?

I think I would probely do something like a cake made into a box and when she is asked to open the box it would have a lil baby inside with a lil note that says "can't wait to meet you grandma". Cake is fun... have fun with it!
