Its the same in Spain as Germany as far as I can tell! People here haven't really heard of it, only those few of us who decorate cakes with it, and people who have bought one any of us. This way of decorating is pretty new here though (I am on a campaign to make it work however!). But most seem willing to try it. They see the pretty cake and go with it most of the time.
