This cookie is YUM! The Upper Crust Bakery in Middleberg Virginia makes these... I've tried to figure out the recipe but never came close.
It looks like a chocolate chip cookie that has spread to the point of looking like a "praline"(which I don't know how to make)... VERY chewy, almost like a really soft chewy caramel.
I don't believe it has any chocolate in it...however, it has a slight chocolate flavor.... definitely has finely chopped nuts....
I'm thinking it must be LOADED with brown sugar and butter...in outrageous proportons.
Would really appreciate it if anyone has a recipe down these lines...
