Has anyone used the cricut cake mini or the slice cutting machines? I'd really like to get a cutter for frosting sheets and fondant. JoAnn has them both on sale on Black Friday ($99 for the cricut; $50 for the slice), and I'm wondering which one I should get.
Any tips?

Thanks! Maria

I should add that I don't make cakes. I'd mainly like a machine for cutting letters/monograms and maybe a few shapes out of frosting sheets or fondant for my cookies and cupcakes. For fondant cutters, there just doesn't seem to be a big selection of fonts, so I'm investigating electronic cutters.
The cricut mini is on sale on Friday and the Slice is on sale on Saturday, so I need to make a decision on which day to go and fight the crowds!
Thanks!
