Hi, i will be able tomorrow to buy a cricut cake for $49.99. i work there teaching cake decorating. What is the low down on this machine. Is it that michaels is just going to discontinue it. Does anyone else have this machine at this price. I can,t figure it out. I know provo has come out with the mini one, etc. Would any of you buy this if you had the opportunity. I won,t use it that much, but would love to learn how to use it. I have never been a crafter.

I use mine all the time. That's a heck of price, go for it.I think they are closing them out because they aren't selling (too expensive). Provo Craft is coming out with a smaller, less expensive model.
