I've seen several "cookie bouquets and was just wondering how you got the cookies on the stick? I would like to do this for x-mas but don't know how! Thanks!

You can buy sticks that are oven-safe and stick them in the cookies before they bake. Roll the cookie thick enough to accomodate the stick, then lay your hand on top of the cutout cookie and slide the stick in (that way you can feel if it is going to poke out the front).

You can also bag the cookies individually and then tape the sticks onto the backs. I prefer that method when kids are going to be eating them.
