UPDATE: I had the pleasure of meeting Buddy! I took a picture of my cake with his seal of approval on it and got him to sign it along with his book. He really is a down to earth kind a guy. It was a great experience.
He has a new book coming out in Nov. that is more geared towards technique, how-to and more recipes.....can't wait.

well done. I enjoy my cakes the most that don't look like something cakey...I made a huge grub once and I was sort of snickering at it the whole time.
