White Chocolate Smbc

Can I refrigerate white chocolate SMBC? I'm just worried the chocolate will harden differently and not come back to room temp properly when I need it this weekend. OR should I just wait and do it this weekend when I need it?

I've made white chocolate smbc and it reacted to refrigeration just as you thought. I would make the smbc without the white chocolate and refrigerate, then add the white chocolate once when you reconstitute it and whip it again before using. Hope this is helpful.
