Ok When I make a cake with a custard filling it works great until I put the Fondant on. Once I add that it starts to leak out the bottom of the fondant on the cake. I have put really stiff icing in between the layers to help support the weight but that doesn't help. My customers love my custard but I don't know how to fix this problem. any ideas? Thank you!!!!!
How much setting time do you give the cake & custard before covering?
Maybe try using less filling?
