Hello - I have the opportunity to build my home next year and want to include space for a commercial kitchen in the floor plan aside from my residential home kitchen. I live in Oklahoma and have contacted my county health department for all the codes/requirements, but my main question to others is how much space to allow. What are the sizes of others who have this set up at their residence and can anyone give some ideas as to the general layout of their kitchen floor plans? Thanks!
