I need to make a zebra print cake using only buttercream icing. The customer hates fondant and wants her birthday cake zebra stripes in all buttercream, but I am stumped on how to do this. Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure you can paint the stripes on crusted buttercream. I think I read some where that it can be done. Good Luck!

If you have an airbrush or access to one, an zebra stencil would be the easiest way I can think of. I got a zebra stencil on ebay for 1.99 BTW I got my airbrush there too.
