Hello again! I feel like the "Queen of Left-over cake"! Does anyone know a recipe for making a crumb cake using cake scraps? I find recipes online and they are making the rumbs from scratch. I just want to get rid of my old cake scraps!!! I remember seeing an episode of the Cake Boss where Buddy used old peices of carved cake and threw them into a blwnder and mised them with brown sugar, butter, and a few otehr things and that's how he made his crumb cake.

Any other suggestions on using cake scraps is also welcome!!! It feels like such a WASTE to throw away perfectly good peices of cake. thumbs_up.gif

I use scraps to make cake parfait jars. I take jelly jars and layer cake/ filling and icing.
