Hi all

I'm trying to find some properly white candy melts and I've heard the Merckens super white ones are pretty good. Has anyone on here used them? Are there any other makes that are propertly white? Does anyone know where to get them in the UK or where the cheapest place to buy them online is?

Just used them for the first time. They are very good quality, and are super white.

Of the brands of candy melts available to me where I live, Mercken's is the best.

I have used this product in the past, to make white chocolate modelling paste for decorative purposes. I was very pleased with the results.
