Hi folks just a quick question, I tried to search for FBCT on the forum but kept getting a Error 404. Argghh!

Anyway I am to do a cake and the character on the cake I was going to FBCT, as it is easier for me to do. However, it's hot and I want to cover the cake in fondant not buttercream. Can I put the FBCT on the fondant or do I have to do a run out (colour flow)?

If I do a run out, can I do this on grease proof paper or should I do it on acetate? I have set it up at the moment for grease proof paper, so was just trying to be lazy but can easily put the acetate on. icon_rolleyes.gif

I also thought I might be able to roll out fondant and paint on the fondant to put on to the cake but wasn't sure how to transfer the image to the fondant for me to paint. What would you guys do? icon_biggrin.gif
