So just wanted to pat myself on the back a little bit, Im a home baker and a college student, myself and the lady I work with part time were asked by the Ronald McDonald house gala at a local casino.....We said yes and so this week I had to make a total of 17 cakes for them, and one for a customer! and I did it!!! the only slight glitch was trying to find room for all of them! But its done now, and (knock on wood) nothing left to do but deliver them tomorrow....then I fully intend to sit with a cup of tea and a book and give a big sigh of relief!...ok im done...
