I just made a birthday cake for my sister. Strawberry cake with strawberry cream cheese, it taste so good but the icing is not thick enough. I used one thing of strawberry cream cheese, a few strawberries, and powdered sugar. I got it thick enough where I thought it would pipe, so I piped it on and then it melted before I even finished the shell border. It didn't matter how much powdered sugar I put in it, it still melts. Does anyone have any tips or recipes they would be willing to share? Thanks
