Saying No. Getting Better At This!

So I had this co-worker come up to me today and she's like "Oh my boss is having a baby shower and we were wondering if you or your friend would make a cake and how much you would charge"
And while I didn't say this I was certainly thinking "Ahahahah - No." What is wrong with people? I wanted to say "Have you noticed that your boss is a complete and utter b**** to anyone around here, even people she's laterally in line with. Why on earth would I want to make her a cake?! No matter HOW MUCH you pay me!"
I politely told her that I was enrolled in school in the evenings and wouldn't have the time. Do I have the time? Yes I totally do. Just not for her. So I call my friend who no longer works with us but used to and knows all about this girl.
ME: "Janet is having a baby shower, they would like you to bake a--"
Alyson "NO."
ME: "Are you sure, it might be--"
Alyson: "NO"
Ahahah even people who only worked here for a little while don't care to make a shower cake for the girl. I gues I am getting better at saying NO!!
