Does anyone use cream bouquet in their buttercream? If so how does the taste compare to straight vanilla? TIA
I tried it and I really like it. It does add a slight citrus flavor and I think it lightens the sugariness a little. Now I just hope it goes well with my WASC cake and chocolate mousse filling.
It is just yummy. Kind of a mysterious blend that just tastes great. I don't really sense the citrus part that most other people talk about.
its ok...it varies from company to company where you buy it from....my husband says it reminds him of eating a smelly candle...he didnt like it at all
