i'm new here... gotta decorate a wedding cake in Jan. for my best friend. she wants a square cake with fondant icing.... any suggestions on what fondant recipe to use so it tastes good?! also will be glad for any suggestions on how to handle and smooth fondant. icon_biggrin.gif

Fondant is a dream to work with....if you have the right recipe. I use Rhonda's Ultimate MMF on this site. Here's the link:

Michele Foster's (MFF) fondant is what I highly recommend. Since you've got a little time, try out MFF and MMF and see which one you prefer. Good luck.
