Good Morning Everyone,

I am curious to know if anyone has a chocolate fondant recipe that they find easy to work with? I have been using the Easy Chocolate MMF recipe posted by MrsNancyB here in the recipe section, and although it tastes superb (like a tootsie roll!!) I find it tempermental, my main concern being that it tears super easily. So I thought I would turn to the experts and see what your thoughts on chocolate fondant are?
TIA!

I buy pettinice chocolate fondant, can you get that? It's really easy to work with. The only thing I do with it is make black fondant, mind you! It's fabulous for that purpose, the black comes out perfectly.

Thanks Zespri - that is actually what I use my chocolate fondant for too, to create a nice rich black colour for decor. I am thinking I may need to buy a commercial premade fondant - perhaps Satin Ice.
