Hi there,
I forgot to cut my cake before I filled with with bc. I froze it because I need to carve it into a skate.... but now I can't torte it (I think thats the term). so should I thaw it... fill it w/ bc .... freeze it again then carve it???? Can you freeze a cake filled with bc?

Any help is appreciated

Actually, this is a fortunate mistake. Go ahead and carve the skate, THEN torte and fill it. This way you're not filling areas that will be cut off. If it's a 2D cake, you won't have to do anything else. If it's 3D, you'll have to make some adjustments to the shape after the filling is added.
