Went to my cake supply store and they were out of the PC&C flavor; it won't be in til next week. I google and searched and I can't find the thread on how to make it; I need to make the cake tomorrow (Thursday). Can someone please remind me; I know it's vanilla, almond and lemon but not how much of each.

Also, which brand is the best CK products or Lorann's?

Does anyone know what Valencia flavor is; what are the flavors and how much of each; is it good? Thanks!
