I will be doing a wedding on top of which they would like fresh flowers. The cake will be covered in fondant, I'm just wondering what to place between the flowers and the fondant so the fondant doesn't get wet?

Thanks!

All of the wedding cakes I've made had fresh flowers on them. I usually had the florist make a small arrangement for me to place on top of the cake using the Wilton flower holder (small clear plastic dish). You can also use the flower spikes, if you want single blooms.
