My cake for the state fair is done. I have to turn it in tomorrow morning. Everyone on the forum has been so helpful through the process of making this cake. I have pictures posted on my profile. It is the 3 tiered cake with the gumpaste flowers. Does anyone have any tips on delivering the cake? I am more nervous about delivery than I was making the cake. It is so heavy and I am not sure how I am going to get it from point A to point B.
