I notice that our local craft store has new cupcake liners that are suppose to stand alone on a baking sheet with no need to use a muffin/cupcake pan. I was wondering how they work and if they perform as advertised.

i haven't heard of that yet..i'm also interested to know how well they deliver

not sure if they are the same ones i have (mine are reynolds brand)- they have pretty designs on the outside and are aluminum on the inside. if they are the ones, they work REALLY well. plus, because of the aluminum inner liner, the designs on the outside don't fade.
