Does anyone have a lemon cream cheese filling recipe they love? I haven't done one yet, but a customer requested it for her son's birthday cake.
It's going to go with the WASC cake. I did find this one on the myrecipes.com. Could someone tell me if this one is good, or if there is a better one? And where the heck do you get lemond curd?? lol.
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons lemon curd
Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy; stir in lemon curd. Chill thoroughly.
