I am doing a wedding in February for a client who wants fondant on top of their cupcakes with a imprint..but not a stencil. How do I do that..do I use an impression mat. The design is a very detailed scroll.

edie, micheals or hobby lobby both have impression mats or rolling pins ythat have scrolls, they are like 15$, i use clay molds, new of course, or stamps, again, new, that are used for scrapbooking or cardmaking, they have soooo many to choose from and you arent limited like the rolling pins. just make sure they are food safe. i love making fondant topped cupcakes, they are so elegant! i am working on some black and white ones right now, will be uploading pics soon, and used stamps. icon_smile.gif
