Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial on making bows and ribbons with white modeling chocolate? I've been trying, but it's not working. I made the modeling chocolate, kneaded it, and rolled it out, but by the time I pick it up to shape it is hard and cracking!! PLEASE HELP!! TIA!

What recipe are you using to make your modeling chocolate? What type of chocolate are you using?

I've tried a few different recipes. I'm going to try one that uses Nestle Toll House white choc chips. The recipe calls for 2cups + 2Tbsp of the choc chips and ½ cup of Karo syrup.

I think I might have figured out my problem, but any info will certainly help!! TIA!

I think it might have dried out too much by the time I used it. I was not smart enough to store it in and airtight container! I am going to try this new recipe and store it airtight and hope it works!
