What size pans (round, square, other) are staples in your kitchen. I want to increase my number of pans, but want to get the ones used the most.

Thanks,

For me

Round = 4inch ----> 12inch
Square = 5inch------>10 inch
Heart shape - 7---->9inch
Petal tins = 6 inch---->12inch
All my pans are either 3 or 4 inches high.
And i make all my cakes at least 5 inches tall.

Then i have the silverwood multi mini pans = 2inch round - 2inch square and 2 inch heart shape...and mini sphere.

I get more orders for cupcakes and cutting cakes now adays - instead of huge multi tiered cakes.
