I have a request for a strawberry flavoured jersey cake, I need to use fondant to make it realistic but I was wondering if strawberry and fondant mix well together? Also does anyone have any idea of what flavoured buttercream I should use to make it not too sweet?
Vanilla is always a classic choice.
You can never go wrong with Vanilla. I like to add 2 heaping tablespoons of sugar-free vanilla/caramel powdered coffee creamer to my buttercream. I get rave reviews every time!
