I have been trying to brainstorm some ideas for fall pie themed cupcakes...Any ideas out there...

How about cranberry, apple cranberry, buttermilk, mincemeat or rhubarb.

If you check out the cake central cupcake club # 15 it has a recipe for apple spice cupcakes that is good. If you read through the topic and find the suggestions to add streusel ad chopped apples, it is even better. I do not recommend the frosting though.
